Australian Shipping

 

Australia Post is our preferred carrier for Australia and worldwide shipping.

 

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
• $7.95 standard shipping on orders under $100 AUD
• $9.95 Express Post - flat rate

 

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within one full business day unless in a busy sale period.

 

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.

 

Delivery times:

• Express Post: 1-3 business days after posting
• Standard Post: 2-4 business days after posting

 

These are guidelines - if there are delays due to the delivery service we're sorry but it can be a little out of our control.

 

International Shipping

 

Expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days once posted. This is a guide and we cannot be held accountable for delays due to the delivery service.

 

Once your items have been sent, you will be emailed your tracking number.

 

When your order reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider. You may be able to track your order using the tracking number supplied on the website of your local postal service, approximately 3-5 days after your tracking number is supplied.

Delivery & Collection

 

Signature on delivery: Due to the precious nature of our items, packages can sometimes require signature on delivery. When possible, list an address where someone accountable will be present to sign.

 

Missed delivery: If you miss the delivery, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox or use your tracking details to arrange redelivery or collection with your local postal service.

 

Uncollected packages: If you don't arrange for redelivery or collection promptly, the parcel may be returned to us and you will be required to pay for re-shipment of your item/s.

 

Address changes: Once your tracking number has been supplied, your item has been dispatched. The shipping address can only be changed through your tracking by you, as we no longer have access to it.

 

Shipping Issues

 

Lost or stolen packages: Once tracking shows your order as delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for stolen or missing packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

 

Incorrect address: We're not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your delivery details before ordering. Items returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be reissued with a reshipment fee.
