 Thalia was born in Scotland in 1910 and lived a life marked by courage, resilience, and love. During the Second World War, she raised two young children in London while driving ambulances through the chaos of nightly air raids. For four long years, she and her husband — an RAF pilot — were separated by duty. When he finally returned home, he gifted her this ring as a symbol of their unbreakable bond and his deep gratitude for her strength. A true heirloom piece, this ring carries a beautiful past and is ready to become part of yours.

The Thalia Ring is crafted in 9k solid gold and set with a serene pale blue aquamarine, a vintage treasure is as timeless as their love story. It's approximately a size 7, but can easily be resized up or down a couple of sizes to ensure the perfect fit. We can arrange it for $125.

Showering is perfectly fine!

Chlorine and salt are corrosive chemicals and they will limit the life of your jewels with prolonged exposure. Rinse them in clear water after an ocean dunk and keep them away from perfumes, retinol and sunscreens and other lotions - Careful handling will keep you and your jewels golden!

warranty and returns

Orders may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below.

The following orders on our website are final sale unless faulty:

  • International orders shipped to destinations outside the Australia & New Zealand

  • Goods in our SALES collections and events

  • Earrings; due to health and hygiene laws
  • Items designated archive or final sale

  • Orders purchased with store credit or gift cards

Purchases made with Afterpay or Paypal will have fees taken from any refund - fees will be waived in the event of the item being faulty.

If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact customersupport@bixbyandcompany.com.au to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorised by a customer service representative. Do NOT use Instagram DMs for customer service enquiries.


If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return. Returns must be shipped within 4 days of authorisation.

Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.

Please pack your goods respectfully to avoid damage—we advise using the box your order arrived in. Bixby & Co will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

Returns initiated beyond 30 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 4 days of your receipt of a return authorisation, will not be accepted.

Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
